Today we welcome Steve Hurwitz, one of our earliest residents who has a long history in marketing and advertising and now specializes in consulting with developers and builders, including Serenbe, on geothermal HVAC and infrastructure for homes and communities.

In this episode, we talk with him about how Coca-Cola brought him to Atlanta from New York and his garage band, Neuroplasticity, which he formed with other residents even though he didn't know how to play an instrument.
