That’s why Serenbe is home to so many different wellness offerings and practitioners, from an extensive day spa to multi-day wellness retreats. Visit our newest neighborhood, Mado, for a hub of wellness offerings, such as a gym and indoor cycling studio with Peloton bikes, light filled yoga studio, reformer Pilates, vegan hair care, farm-to-table meals, cold pressed juice, a chiropractor, acupuncture and more. On top of these relaxing health offerings, Serenbe resident Susan O’Connor is here to help further your wellness journey. Susan is a Certified Wellness Coach, Yoga and Meditation Teacher, specializing in personal nutrition, stress management and vitality. She is deeply dedicated to helping her clients achieve harmony between the mind and body, with better health, inner healing and full vitality by providing her full depth of knowledge in Ayurveda, mindfulness, meditation and yoga to her clients. Susan also leads the Global Wellness Caching Initiative for the Global Wellness Institute.

There are 1, 2 and 3 day wellness packages to choose from, including the “New Year, New You” package, which depending on how many nights you choose, includes gym + cycling studio access, Bamboo Juices credit, spa sessions, bike rentals, private yoga or Pilates class, guided meditation, and more. Staying at The Inn anytime, the labyrinth is always a great place for outdoor meditation, and and our miles of trails and protected greenspace are always available for guests to enjoy.

And if you live around the area, our wellness offerings are open to residents and visitors alike. You can always stop by for farm-fresh food at Halsa, The Farmhouse, The Hill or the Blue Eyed Daisy, or book an appointment at the Spa whenever you’d like, plus Serenbe Yoga and Bodyworks has a full, in-studio class schedule including Aerial, hot power, and even Yoga Nidra classes.
