A Collection of Past Designer Showhouses Over The Years

While Serenbe is full of sustainable wonders and many ways to connect with nature, there are also ways to indulge in art, culinary and design events. From cooking classes (pre-Covid, of course), wine dinners, artist talks, book signings and more, annual events are curated experiences designed to connect people to culture, art and a sense of “awe”. If you’re an avid follower of Serenbe, you know that we have partnered with Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles Magazine for seven years to build a designer showhouse, full of Atlanta-based interior designers showcasing their incredible design work to the world.

This annual Fall event is something we look forward to each year; from the beginning stages of designing the actual home, many with Serenbe Planning & Design, to working with different custom builders to turn that vision into a reality, to bringing in designers to create their amazing spaces full of gorgeous interiors. Each house typically has 10-12 designers chosen by Editor-in-Chief, Elizabeth Ralls of Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles, each assigned to a specific space in the home. Visitors purchase tickets and take a self-guided tour through the home, indulging in all the visual wonders throughout.

This year marks the 8th Annual Designer Showhouse, built by South Haven Builders and designed by Serenbe Planning & Design. The fun part is the diversity in homes and designs each year. This year’s 2021 Showhouse is a multi-story 3,500 square foot modern home with an open plan living area, expansive decks and outdoor space. This immaculate home features 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, spa-like bathrooms, and a two-car garage, all built on Rausch Ridge in the Grange neighborhood of Serenbe. Opening on October 15, 2021, the showhouse will be open for self-guided tours, 4 days per week, Thursday-Sunday, 10am-4pm, until November 7, 2021 and private group tours on Wednesdays. Early bird Tickets are $20 through August 31, 2021. Starting September 1, the ticket price goes to $25 per person, online and at the door, so grab your ticket today!

In honor of this year’s home, we’d like to highlight all of the incredible past Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles designer showhouses we’ve showcased in Serenbe. Keep scrolling for gorgeous shots and links to past images of each of our Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles Serenbe Designer Showhomes.
