Classic Comeback

South Haven’s Modern Farmhouse Has Won Our Hearts.

The Farmhouse architectural style is a classic that has officially made a comeback, and our latest favorite home to take on the design is 326 Mado Lane. It was custom-built by South Haven, who did the 2019 Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles Serenbe Designer Showhouse (across and just down the street), and is full of the signature stylish yet functional attributes they bring to all of their homes.

The main level has a chefs kitchen with high-end appliances and a custom walk-in pantry, open dining and living room, and SO MUCH SPACE perfect for entertaining guests at all times of year. Glass French doors let you enjoy the view of preserved Mado woods either while you’re wandering between indoors and out, or cuddled up in front of the custom-tile fireplace.

The 3rd-story master suite has large windows looking out on the same woods, plus beamed ceilings, large walk-in closet, and a double vanity and huge soaking tub in the master bath. There’s plenty of space in the other three bedrooms as well!
