Serenbe and Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles magazine proudly present the 12th Annual Serenbe Designer Showhouse, benefitting the Decorative Arts Fellowship in partnership with the Art Farm’s Special Projects Council.
Located in the scenic Spela hamlet of Serenbe, the 2025 Showhouse is a striking multi-story Modern Craftsman home designed by Serenbe Planning & Design and built by South Haven Builders. With interiors led by design duo Mister + Mrs Sharp, each room reflects intentionality, creativity, and timeless elegance.
