Join us for a restorative, 75-minute Soul Barn signature sound bath curated and guided by Meagan Myrick, a Certified Sound Healer, breathwork facilitator, and energy worker.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:Meagan opens each session with a guided meditation and breathwork to help you arrive fully and connect with the present moment. She then uses pure crystal quartz singing bowls, Peruvian rattles, a rain stick, an ocean drum, shamanic drumming, and bamboo wind chimes combined with intuitively curated meditative soundscapes to take you on a powerful sonic journey inspired by the season. The experience concludes with a closing meditation and light breathwork to help you integrate the journey and carry its benefits with you.
A sound bath is best enjoyed lying down in a comfortable position. If lying down is uncomfortable, we will gladly provide you with a chair upon request.
Here are a few scientifically supported benefits of sound baths:

Improves Sleep Quality: Regular sound therapy has been linked to better sleep patterns by inducing a state of calm that helps individuals fall asleep more easily.
Balances Mood and Emotions: Sound baths can improve emotional regulation, promoting feelings of well-being and reducing symptoms of depression.
Supports Physical Healing: Sound vibrations may stimulate cellular regeneration and reduce inflammation, aiding in physical recovery and pain relief.

Depending on weather and other personal needs, you are welcome to bring anything else that will improve your comfort during the session, such as: an extra yoga mat for more cushioning, an extra blanket to cover yourself, a pillow & personal eye mask, and water
*IMPORTANT: Please be sure to arrive at 12:05 PM or at least 10 minutes early to find your seat, use the restroom, and even visit the horses before we begin promptly at 12:15 PM*. To honor the peaceful space we’re creating together, doors will close promptly at the start time to avoid disrupting the session.
