Grab a glass of bubbly and mingle under the twinkle lights, enjoy live music and commemorate the event at the photo booth. Lauren Iverson, editor-in-chief of Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles magazine, will give a welcome address then we’ll open the door to reveal the 2025 Serenbe Designer Showhouse.

The 12th Annual Serenbe Designer Showhouse is a thoughtfully crafted cottage that blends style and function in all the right ways. Designed by Serenbe Planning and Design with interiors by Mister + Mrs Sharp and built by South Haven Builders, this warm and inviting home is tucked into Serenbe’s newest neighborhood, Spela.

Inside, you’ll find an open floor plan with the primary suite conveniently located on the main floor. There’s also a flexible guest bedroom that doubles as a cozy home library, plus a separate office space, perfect for work or quiet time.

This elegant four-bedroom home will feature the work of 12+ talented designers and include a curated pop-up shop, making it a must-visit for anyone who loves great design.
