Join us for a weekend designed to help you integrate meditation into your everyday life, no prior experience needed. This workshop is accessible to people of all faiths, cultures, and backgrounds.

Rooted in the fundamentals of presence, kindness, and curiosity, this Meditation for Daily Life Workshop (an introduction to Anytime Anywhere Meditation) offers a simple, approachable path to genuine well-being.

Saturday, May 16

About the Practice

Created by Buddhist master Mingyur Rinpoche, Anytime Anywhere Meditation (AAM) distills the essence of meditation into a simple, easy-to-apply approach. The practice focuses on the transformative effects of meditation and makes it approachable and effective for daily life.

What to Bring

-Chairs and blankets will be provided for your comfort.

We recommend bringing:

-A refillable water bottle

-A journal for notes and reflections The workshop takes place in our open-air loft and in our outdoor courtyard, so we encourage you to check the forecast and dress in comfortable layers to stay at ease throughout the day. In mid-May, you can generally expect warm, pleasant temperatures with cooler mornings and evenings.
