Let's get outside and flow together surrounded by the beauty of nature while listening to LIVE beautiful Native American Flute music! Please bring your mat, we will have a few to loan. We will meet in front of One Mado building at 11090 Serenbe Lane. You will be directed to exact location of class from there. The class is 1 hour 15 minutes, with the 15 minutes allotted to get everyone to the practice location. It is a short 8 minute walk from One Mado building. Someone will be waiting for you at One Mado until 10:05 to guide you on a beautiful trail walk to the practice spot. Should weather cancel the class, you will be notified and all class credits returned.
