Energetic Reset: A Guided Reiki & Biofield Experience with Alex Bravo

Join us for a 75-minute small-group biofield session combining Reiki and precision frequency therapy to support nervous system regulation, emotional integration, and a return to calm and balance.

Reiki works through the human biofield, the subtle electromagnetic field that surrounds and interacts with the body. When stress or emotional overwhelm disrupt this field, the nervous system can remain in prolonged states of activation. Through focused energetic attunement, Reiki helps restore coherence within the biofield, supporting the body’s natural regulatory processes.

The session also incorporates targeted frequency therapy, using specific sound and vibrational tones to support emotional integration and nervous system balance. A growing body of clinical research suggests biofield-based therapies may reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, and support emotional clarity.

Led by Alex Bravo, a Level Three certified Reiki Master in the lineage of Dr. Usui (7th generation), trained in Wellness and Lifestyle Coaching through Harvard Medical School Executive Education, creating a calm and supportive environment for participants to reset and restore balance.

A warm blanket

A fresh organic lavender essential oil-infused eye mask

An extra-cushioned yoga mat or a meditation chair. Feel free to bring water and a journal + pen to take notes.

This session will take place in the open-air loft at Soul Barn. Be sure to check the forecast and dress accordingly.

IMPORTANT:  We invite you to arrive 5–10 minutes early to find your seat, use the restroom, and ease into a peaceful state before we begin. To honor the container we’re creating together, doors will close promptly at 12:15 PM, and late entry will not be possible once the session has started.
