The evening will feature a conversation with nationally recognized Chef Alice Waters and local champion Alice Rolls reflecting on the past 25 years and how we can build a better food future in Georgia and beyond.
This dinner includes cocktails, hors dʼoeuvres and a 6-course dinner with pairings that spotlights peak-of-season ingredients sourced from Serenbe Farms and local growers. Participating chefs will present courses inspired by core beliefs shared by both Georgia Organics and Alice Waters: that the best food you can eat is grown by local farmers in a manner that stewards the soil and local communities.
