The residency features a live conversation at Gainey, a book signing at Hills & Hamlets Bookshop, and an intimate five course meal at Gainey Hall showcasing Tanya Holland’s signature California Soul cuisine. Known for her work at Brown Sugar Kitchen and her leadership in conversations around equity and culture in the culinary world, Tanya brings warmth, insight, and flavor to every gathering.
Guests are invited to experience modern soul food, meaningful dialogue, and community connection across events on March 26 and March 28. Events may be attended individually or as part of the full residency experience.
