Guest Services Representative

The Guest Service Representative is typically the guests’ first interaction with Serenbe. It is imperative that this is consistently a positive interaction. Each guest that walks into Guest Services will be welcomed and acknowledged with the Serenbe culture of positive customer service. GS Representatives are responsible for ensuring we provide the highest level of guest service and that our standards are met and maintained at all times. With a combination of confidence and inter-departmental communication, GS Representatives have the ability and empowerment to make the guests’ experience positive. PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to enhance the service standards throughout Serenbe
  • Excellent communication, guest service and time management skills
  • Ability to organize, plan ahead and manage workload
  • A team player and a self-starter, yet able to work independently within Serenbe’s standards
  • Ability to work effectively in an innovative, fast-paced and multi-tasked environment
  • Knowledge of the customer service industry, sustainability and culture of Serenbe
  • Excellent computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office and Google
  • Critical thinking skills to deduce answers to guests’ questions

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engaging guests as an individual and listening attentively to their requests
  • Perform accurate check-ins and check-outs of guests daily
  • Answering the telephone in a timely and professional manner
  • Run daily reports to ensure accuracy and identify/delegate special requests
  • Responsible for cash flow throughout your shift and making sure cash box balances correctly
  • Anticipate and address guests’ needs
  • Keep work area neat and tidy
  • Dress code and personal appearances are kept clean and professional


Work Schedule: PT or FT
Must be available 12-8pm; 2-10pm; 5pm-1am, including weekends
