We are especially interested in candidates who currently lead or have led Development or Advancement teams within mission-driven organizations. This role is a strong fit for someone ready to transition from a senior fundraising position into a broader executive leadership role, bringing deep experience in donor engagement, fundraising strategy, and organizational development.
The Executive Director is the chief executive of Art Farm and provides strategic and operational leadership in alignment with the organization’s vision, mission, and values. In close partnership with the Board of Directors, committees, Advisory Councils, and staff, the Executive Director shapes the strategic direction of Art Farm, oversees daily operations, cultivates community and donor relationships, and fosters a creative, collaborative culture. The Executive Director works to ensure high levels of donor engagement and investor satisfaction with all Art Farm products and services.
This role requires a visionary and results-oriented leader with strong experience in nonprofit management, fundraising, financial oversight, and program development. The Executive Director serves as the public face of Art Farm, building relationships with artists, supporters, and the broader community to ensure ongoing impact and sustainability.
