Art Farm Operations Coordinator

ABOUT ART FARM AT SERENBE

A one-of-a-kind outdoor performing arts organization rooted in the Serenbe community — creating immersive, community-centered experiences that bring together artists, audiences, and the natural landscape through live performance, artist residencies, educational programming, and community events.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

30%  Artist Residency, Public Art & Education

–  Primary hospitality lead for visiting  artists

–  Coordinate travel, housing, meals &  studio access

–  Manage artist selection &  application process

–  Coordinate open studios, talks &  community events

–  Support educational programs &  school partnerships

–  Build Operational project planning and  workflows

 

30%  Operations & Front of House

–  Front of house lead for all performances & events

–  Manage event staff

–  Manage check-in, ticketing & guest experience

 

30%  Administrative & Systems

–  Track grants & sponsorship calendar, deadlines & reporting

–  Support grant report prep & submission

–  Community Engagement

–  Monitor budgets, invoices & reimbursements

 

10%  Other Duties as Assigned

–  Support org-wide initiatives as needed

–  Assist with special projects & events

–  Contribute to team culture &  cross-department collaboration

 

QUALIFICATIONS

    

•     3–6 years in  administration, event operations, or related field

•     Experience managing volunteers or event staff

•     Familiarity with artist residency programs strongly preferred

•     Strong organizational, writing, and budget-tracking skills

•     Warm communicator who builds trust

•     Proficient in Google Workspace & project management tools

•     Comfort working outdoors on a campus-based property

•     Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

COMPENSATION

Salary commensurate with  experience in a mission-aligned workplace where your work directly serves  artists, community, and creativity.
