The Oak Ballroom is a stunning ballroom flooded with natural light that is best suited for intimate ceremony and receptions. The gorgeous foyer is the perfect place to host the cocktail hour. The Guest Service Representative is typically the guests’ first interaction with Serenbe. It is imperative that this is consistently a positive interaction. Each guest that walks into Guest Services will be welcomed and acknowledged with the Serenbe culture of positive customer service. GS Representatives are responsible for ensuring we provide the highest level of guest service and that our standards are met and maintained at all times. With a combination of confidence and inter-departmental communication, GS Representatives have the ability and empowerment to make the guests’ experience positive. A Guest Service Representative must have a positive and professional, upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service to our guests.

PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY
All professional photography requires written permission and a permit for commercial or non-commercial use. Permits must be worn and clearly visible while working on property.
Non-Commercial Photography
This type of photography and/or filming is not-for-profit and for personal use only. Examples of Non-Commercial Photography: Engagement/Bridal, Family/Senior Portraits, Anniversaries, Baby Announcements, etc. If you are a photographer and plan to submit your images for publication or profit, please check "Commercial" on the permit form.

The Inn Grounds and Serenbe Farms are available to book for public commercial or non-commercial photography sessions.

Note: Only homeowners are permitted to take non-commercial shoots within the community. Homeowners must still request a permit through the Permit Form.
No photography may be used for commercial purposes without explicit permission.
FILMING
We receive many requests to film at Serenbe. Small to medium footprint filming requests will be considered on a case by case basis. Restaurants can be bought out for filming and costs are based on availability, day of the week and length of shoot. Serenbe roads are not allowed to be shut down for filming.
Please email Quinn Nygren with footprint details including size of crew, number and size of trucks, need for a basecamp, length of shoot including estimated hours on-site and if any food, beverage or overnight rooms are requested.

stories@serenbe.comTour the 8th Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles Serenbe Designer Showhouse on Rausch Ridge in the Grange neighborhood. Opening October 15, 2021
The 2021 Serenbe Designer Showhouse is designed by Serenbe Planning and Design and built by South Haven Builders. The 3,500 square foot home includes 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, and an open plan living area with expansive decks and outdoor space, a chef’s kitchen, spa-like bathrooms, and two-car garage. Interior Designers will be announced in Summer 2021.
TOURS
The Serenbe Showhouse is open beginning October 15, 2021, for self-guided tours Thursday-Sunday, 10am-4pm. Your ticket is to select the day, and you can arrive at any point between 10am-4pm (and take as long as you like to look around!). Same day return visits are allowed as space permits.
TICKETS
Tickets are $20 through August 31, 2021. Starting September 1, the ticket price will be $25 per person both online and at the door. There is no need to print your ticket, the docent at the door will be able to look you up by your name to check you in. You may attend on a different day than your ticket! Make sure to tell the docent your original date and they will be able to look you up and check you in.
Private Tours:
Enjoy the Serenbe Showhouse solo when you take a private, self-guided tour Mondays-Wednesdays. Must reserve at least 48 hours in advance. Email showhouse@serenbe.com for details and to reserve your spot.
Tickets are non-refundable; can be transfered to another date/time or person.
DIRECTIONS + PARKING
The address of The 2021 Serenbe Showhouse is 753 Rausch Ridge. Enter the Serenbe community from Atlanta-Newnan Road and take the first left onto Gainey Lane. Make a right onto Serenbe Lane, and Rausch Ridge will be on your right. Parking will be available with signs leading the way.
*Please avoid parking spaces that say RESERVED or No Parking, or that have cones in them.
