Recently, the Georgia Department of Transportation has been conducting road work
in downtown Atlanta on weekends. To avoid delays, please monitor the traffic situation at http://www.georgia-navigator.com/.
If there is traffic on the Atlanta downtown connector, we suggest:
Option 1: Bypass the connector using I-285 or I-20 if easily accessible from your starting destination
Option 2: Travel to the southside of the city using Northside Drive:
-- Start out going southwest on Northside Drive SW (also posted as US-19/ US-29/ US-41/ GA-3)
-- Turn slight left onto Ralph David Abernathy Blvd SW shortly after crossing under I-20.
-- Follow signs for I-75/I-85 South
From Atlanta and Points North and Airport:
• Take I-85 South past the airport to exit #69
• Take exit #69 and follow the signs for South Fulton Parkway (there are no real turns, lanes just veer off)
• Go about 15 miles and turn left onto Cochran Mill Road (road does not end, but street signs are clear)
• Go 2.6 miles until Cochran Mill dead ends into Hutcheson Ferry Road
• Turn right onto Hutcheson Ferry Road and go about 2 miles.
If you’re headed to the Inn at Serenbe...
• Continue past the silver Serenbe sign on your left at Atlanta-Newnan Road. The Inn is just over a mile down Hutcheson Ferry, on your left.
If you’re headed into the community...
• Turn left on Atlanta-Newnan Road (you’ll see the silver Serenbe sign)
• Travel approximately 1 mile and turn right on Selborne Lane. Drive straight ahead into the community. The Serenbe
Sales Center is on the left.

• Take I-285 to exit #62 and follow the signs for South Fulton Parkway
• Now follow the first set of directions above starting with the third (3rd) dot

From the South, traveling North on I-85:
• Take I-85 to exit #51 and turn left
• Go 1⁄2 mile and turn right onto Ga. Highway 29
• Go 5 miles until you come to a stop light in the village of Palmetto
• Turn left at the stop light onto Toombs Street
• Take Toombs through Palmetto until you come to a flashing light
• At this light, turn right onto Hutcheson Ferry Road
If you’re headed to the Inn at Serenbe...
• Continue past the silver Serenbe sign on your left at Atlanta-Newnan Road. The Inn is just over a mile down Hutcheson Ferry, on your left.
If you’re headed into the community...
• Turn left on Atlanta-Newnan Road (you’ll see the silver Serenbe sign)
• Travel approximately 1 mile and turn right on Selborne Lane. Drive straight ahead into the community. The Serenbe

From the South, traveling North on I-75:
• Take I-285 west
• Take I-285 to exit #62 and follow the signs for South Fulton Parkway

Directions from Fayetteville/Peachtree City
• From the Intersection of Hwy 74 and Hwy 34
• Travel North on Hwy 74 (towards interstate 85) approx. 6 miles
• Turn Left on Palmetto-Tyrone Road (Eckerd Drugs Pharmacy is on the left)
• Take Palmetto- Tyrone Road through the city of Tyrone cross over
Interstate 85- 3.5 miles
• Take slight right onto Collinsworth Road (just after BP Gas Station)
• Travel on Collinsworth Road approx 2 miles
• Continue straight under the overpass, cross over Hwy 29 (this is now Toombs Street)
• Take slight Left at the 2nd Stop Sign
• Turn Right at 3rd Stop Sign (there is a flashing caution light) This is Hutcheson Ferry Road
If you are heading to the community
• Take Hutcheson Ferry Road about 3.5 miles
• Turn Left on Atlanta-Newnan Road about .8 miles (you will see the silver Serenbe sign on the left)
• Turn Right on Selborne Lane
If you are heading to the Inn
• Take Hutcheson Ferry Road about 4.6 miles
• Turn Left on Selborne Lane (Gravel Road)

• Take Hwy 29 North towards Palmetto (approx. 8miles)
• Turn Left at 1st Stop Light- Toombs Street
• Travel Straight through the 1st Stop Sign
• Take slight Left at the 2nd Stop Sign
• Turn Right at 3rd Stop Sign – Hutcheson Ferry Road
• You are now on Hutcheson Ferry Road
To the Community of Serenbe:
• Take Hutcheson Ferry Road about 5 miles
• Turn Left on Atlanta-Newnan Road
• 1 Mile on Right is Selborne Lane
To the Inn at Serenbe:
• Take Hutcheson Ferry Road about 6 miles
• Turn Left on Selborne Lane (Gravel Road)

Directions from Newnan (Bullsboro Road Area):
• Take Interstate 85 North
• Exit at Palmetto/Collinsworth Road Exit
• Turn Left off exit
• Follow signs to Hwy 29
• At the intersection of Hwy 29 and Weldon Road turn Right onto Hwy 29 traveling north
• Turn Left at 1st Stop Light- Toombs Street
• Travel Straight through the 1st Stop Sign
• Take slight Left at the 2nd Stop Sign
• Turn Right at 3rd Stop Sign – Hutcheson Ferry Road
• You are now on Hutcheson Ferry Road
To the Community of Serenbe:
• Take Hutcheson Ferry Road about 5 miles
• Turn Left on Atlanta-Newnan Road
• 1 Mile on Right is Selborne Lane
To the Inn at Serenbe:
• Take Hutcheson Ferry Road about 6 miles
