Chef Nicolas Bour Reinvents The Farmhouse Menu WIth Delectable & Classic Dishes

Chef Nicolas Bour has led kitchens across the country like Humphreys in San Diego and Gates Hotel South Beach in Miami, opened acclaimed Iris restaurant in Atlanta, and even competed on Food Network’s “Beat Bobby Flay.” Yet returning to the kitchen he managed more than 10 years ago felt like “a natural thing” for Nic and his family.

In the year Nic has been back at Serenbe as executive chef and VIP of food and beverage, he’s helped open Halsa Restaurant, is working on plans for the upcoming Italian concept, and completely reinvented the menus at The Blue Eyed Daisy, and The Hill Restaurant.

He’s also brought a classic French twist to the menu at Serenbe’s flagship restaurant, The Farmhouse, believing “that kind of food will never go out of style.” The dishes he’s created are not only classic, but They. Are. DELICIOUS!

Just look at these photos. You can almost imagine sitting at a small cafe table on a cobblestone street in Paris, the smell of slow cooking chickens and ducks in the air…maybe there are some roasted potatoes resting under them soaking up the delicious flavors…and you have a tall glass of wine to complement the dish…wait, what were we talking about? Oh right, the delectable menu Chef Nic Bour created for The Farmhouse Restaurant at Serenbe.

If you haven’t made plans for your Christmas Day dinner yet, The Farmhouse will be open from 5-8pm with a specially-created holiday menu! Regular hours are Wednesday-Sunday, 5pm-9pm. Make a reservation today to try Chef Nicolas Bour’s menu, which is updated regularly to accommodate what’s growing fresh out of the ground at Serenbe Farms.
