Serenbe is looking for a positive, experienced, and organized self-starter to join us as Development Administrator supporting the Construction and Development teams.
CONSTRUCTION COORDINATOR
- Coordinate, edit, write, and distribute electronic communications for the Serenbe Development team
- Coordinate and schedule water meter installations
- Coordinate and schedule geothermal installations
- Builder memos, notices, and communication
- Provide support to Construction Manager and builders
- Write Geothermal contracts and maintain records of completed documents
- Manage Lean process for new development from pre-design until CO
- Send and receive weekly updates from the city, including permits, certificates of occupancy, and other pertinent information.
- Order permit signs and coordinate installations with the Serenbe maintenance team
- Order Address Plates for builders and coordinate drop-offs with builders
- Manage and oversee monthly EarthCraft reports in effort to maintain 100% EC certifications for new homes
- Respond and resolve builder related issues/tickets
- Track the Serenbe Development, construction, and utilities team budget
- Order water meters
- Manage various shared spreadsheets among third parties and upper management.\
- Prepare conference room for Friday am Construction meeting and all meetings from Construction Manager
- Schedule meetings and coordinate participants for Construction Manager both virtually and in person
- Take, organize and archive notes for meetings as applicable
- Manage Trello app
- Design Review Boards
- Coordinate, edit, write, and distribute all electronic communications for the Serenbe Review Boards
- Schedule and coordinate all review board meetings
- Generate all review board agendas
- Facilitate between review board, builders, and residents who wish to make exterior modifications or seek design approvals.
- Coordinate and ensure review board consultant fees are paid monthly
- Provide administrative support to board members as needed
